Ingredients:
- 4/5 Potatoes
- 2 table-spoons of vegetable oil (sunflower oil)
- 1/2 table-spoon of red-chilli powder
- salt as required
Method:
Take 4/5 Potatoes.
Slice the potatoes as shown below.
Put the sliced potatoes into the frying pan. Add two table-spoons of vegetable oil. Fry the potatoes for 5 minutes.
Then add 1/2 table-spoon of red-chilli powder and salt as required.
Fry the potatoes till it turns golden-brown in color. The potato fry is ready.
